Beth A. Butler, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Beth Butler is an associate attorney at Peterson, Logren, & Kilbury, P.A. and was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in October 2017.  


Beth first joined our firm as a law clerk in December 2016 while attending Mitchell Hamline School of Law. While in law school, Beth participated in five national trial advocacy competitions, two moot court competitions, and served as an associate on Volume 43 of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review.


During her time at our firm, Beth has continued to put her writing and advocacy skills to work by actively participating in hearings and writing several appellate briefs to the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court.


Beth channels her energy and passion towards achieving client goals in all stages of litigation in the areas of workers’ compensation, employment law, and personal injury. She believes that communication and creative, strategic thinking are key to efficiently and effectively resolving disputes.
