Larry Peterson has been practicing law with a focus on workers' compensation defense and the defense of employers since 1975. A business owner and manager himself, Larry is always a strong advocate for his clients.
Larry started our firm in 1983 as Larry Peterson & Associates. In addition to providing high-quality representation to his clients, Larry applies his refined skillset in many other ways. He spent 15 years as an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law with fellow partner Mike Kilbury teaching workers' compensation law. He also serves as a mediator/arbitrator for the Minnesota Construction Crafts Union Fund administered by the Wilson McShane Corporation.
Larry focuses his practice on workers' compensation law and employment law defense.
